Beaufort SC "Republican" Berates Bank For Asking I.D. To Cash Check

We have followed a couple if Willie Turral, Beaufort County candidate fir Auditor running in the Republican primary. Every time we expose a leftist-style outburst if his, he deletes the video proof...this forces us to post said videos, unfortunately, so that people can actually see them. This is from March 22, 2021. Long after Willie claims he had been "saved" and began working in the Republican party. So, the question is...is it racist for a bank to ask for I.D. when cashing a check and withdrawing cash from said check? And, if so, how does that translate when applied to asking for i.d. at the polls? Is that racist as well?
