NATIONAL PRAYER? Isn't there any political leader who will call for a day of prayer in the pandemic?

Is there a national leader in the whole world who will call for a day of humility and prayer to God for mercy in this pandemic?

In the bible and in recent history national leaders call for a day of humility and prayer in a NATIONAL EMERGENCY and the Lord answered them. For example KING GEORGE called for a day of prayer and quickly afterward the MIRACLE AT DUNKIRK took place.
