Hot water freezes faster than cold water?

Experiment showing that hot water freezes faster than cold water under certain circumstances. What the video does not show is that it was -25 c that day. No video trickery. Just a pot of room temperature water and a pot of boiling water thrown into the cold air. The hot water forms ice crystals immediately and mostly goes up in smoke with little hitting the ground as oppose to the cold water which just dumps in the snow. This phenomenon is not well understood by scientist yet
