Putin has guaranteed that Russia’s special op won’t benefit from demining of Ukraine ports – Lavrov

Sergey Lavrov has reiterated President Putin's guarantees that, should Ukraine demine Black Sea ports and allow vessels to leave, Russia will not use the situation in the interests of its ongoing military operation, and added that Russia is ready to put these guarantees on paper.
