The High Court of Justice in Israel - Are you really Democracy’s last line of defense?

A few days ago, during a hearing regarding the petition, demanding that the confidential corona protocols be disclosed, the president of the High Court of Justice said the following:
"It is doubtful that we will allow the discussions to be published retroactively, there were more than thirty ministers who relied on the discussions to remain unpublished."
Let's review what happens when the Judicial branch, especially the High Court, forget their duties in protecting the citizens from tyranny.
