Today I am joined by two great guests. Both are performers, both are recent college graduates, and both are survivors of an eating disorder. They share their stories today and hopefully provide inspiration to all of those out there, as we engage in a very important topic - mental health. This year that we call 2020 has done a real number on so many people's mental and physical health. It must be so hard to determine what your New Year's resolutions should be, especially after seeing how quickly the world can change. We talk about what it means to set resolutions as Christians.
