FBI Washington Field Office Warns the Public About Reshipping Scams

The FBI's Washington Field Office is warning the public about “reshipping” scams, which involves fraudsters who use stolen credit cards to buy items—usually expensive items—online. Instead of having the items shipped to the billing address, the fraudster sends them to what’s called a “re-shipper". At the “re-shipper” location, the items are repackaged and usually sent overseas. There, they can often be sold at a high price on the black market. If you have been victimized by this scam or any other online scam, report your suspicious contacts to the FBI. You can file an online report at www.ic3.gov.

YouTube said they are going to put ads on all channels, if a channel is not ads friendly why would they put ads on a channel but not monetize it? They may have to start monetizing all channels!!!
