Grow With Jo Walk It Off 14 Day Challenge: Day 5 and 6 Vlog. This is my weight loss challenge vlog day 5 and 6, From June 2 and 3, 2022. I chose a 50 minute Walk It Off workout on day 5! Day 6 I did the 20 minute Walk It Off Recovery workout. I simply was feeling energetic enough to do the harder and longer workout on day 5. ( The leggings have to go! Lol 😆 yea I laugh at my self, what was I thinking 🤔 .) What really matters is I am starting to slowly feel stronger from the Walk It Off workouts. I do have a long way to go with the baby belly. I am literally training the muscles to go back into place after 3 kids. Follow me along on my weightloss journey! I was slow to get this up but thats mom life.
