U.S., Japan and S. Korea lambaste North's missile tests

North Korea's recent missile tests were "provocative and destabilising", U.S. Deputy Secretary of State Wendy Sherman said on Wednesday, urging Pyongyang to return to dialogue during a news conference with her South Korean and Japanese counterparts in Seoul.
