This song is a fast moving, romantic, dance song. The character is in a tug of war as he desires a new relationship with the lady who's looking at him and smiling, but his broken heart is trying to keep him from trying again. What is he going to do? Who's going to win, his desire for something new, or the broken heart he hopes to heal.

Let the dance and romance begin! Perhaps a few fires can be rekindled in some marriages.

I wrote the drum score and programmed the tracks into his Yamaha MOX8 keyboard. He added his acoustic guitar. He used his keyboard to add the bass guitar, dual coil '65 lead guitar, alto sax, and synth pad.
