Carvel Ice Cream Cake | Happy Birthday To Me, And Happy New Year's To You!!! | Review

It's my party! Let's try something a little different for this double celebration, a Carvel ice cream cake.
Carvel describes this small square ice cream cake as ”Layers of chocolate and artificially flavored vanilla ice cream with chocolate-flavored crunchies and creamy whipped frosting.” I forgot to mention it, but for the calorie conscious crowd the whole cake is 1680 calories and is listed as serving 6. I ate half the cake here which was 840 calories.
