Today I made Juicy Sirloin Steak with an easy Sherry Shallot Sauce.

Ingredients:
4 Sirloin Steaks
12 Yukon Gold Potatoes
Salad of Your Choosing
1 Onion or Shallot
2 Tbsp Sherry Vinegar
2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1/3 Cup Beef Broth or Beef Stock
4 Tbsp Sour Cream
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
