How I Create Channel Thumbnails Using Pixlr.com (@youtube, @ytcreator)

One of the most common questions I see from new creators is what is the 'best' program for creating thumbnails. Here is a tutorial showing how I create thumbnails for my channel using pixlr.com. Always remember... whats best for someone might not be best for you so test other programs and find which one fits you needs.
