Digitrax DH126D vs !960s Athearn U30C

We got a good install of a Digitrax DDH126D DCC decoder on an old 1960s Athearn U30C. Problem is that the locomotive itself needed more work and we can do even better. So let's take out the wiring and see how we did it, then correct the things that will improve performance and put it back it in.
