How to make every cardio session a strength and conditioning workout!
Now with an emphasis on being a "hybrid" bodybuilder/athlete, I needed a challenge. Walking was boring and running sucks (for me). "Rucking" checked all the boxes . So many different challenges with that one weighted pack. I never run out of PT challenges. If you have an interest in ramping up your cardio, strength, and metabolic conditioning, then rucking may be right up your alley.
