According to patents submitted by The DeLorean Motor Company, the company is establishing an NFT market where users may buy and exchange virtual cars. Throughout the five-year production cycle of the Alpha5, DeLorean will distribute non-transferable tokens that guarantee ownership of one of these one of a kind automobiles. Each of the upcoming Alpha5 NFTs will be associated with a random V for the NFT bearer's actual automobile. The Alpha5 is expected to be released in the summer of 2024, according to DMC.
