Original title of this video (that wouldn't fit the title character limit): The real commons, versus historical/sociological counterfeits: Resolution to tragedy, by comedic transmutation:
the call towards justification of a rightful sovereignty, refinement of secular legal theory, by certain systems of hard values-enforcement, and soft-power knowledge claims that hold false-authority at bay.

This recording is in response to:

which is itself in response to:

I reject the notion to see the arena as agentic, I do concede secular space is required for justice to be both seen to be orderly and recognizable as justice-itself, that it is just 'in practice' (so that justice can seen to be done, but sanctification of the secular, is oxymoronical, and the commons in history, is an anachronism, the only vestige that properly remains to be credited as 'the commons' as such, is the open air of moral discourse and public free speech to exercise one's freedom of thought and opinion, and freedom to express those opinions, even so as to contradict or opine on the expression of others' opinions).
