Here is the drive on the 401 East from Cambridge filmed this winter.
"Light Shining Out of Darkness" is by William Cowper read by Carol Stripling (for Librivox -public domain https://librivox.org/) We hope you enjoy the majestic drive, poetry and music along the 401 east from Cambridge, Ontario at dusk.
At the time of confederation, Sir Leonard Tilley from New Brunswick suggested “Dominion of Canada” for our country's name, inspired by Psalm 72:8, referring to God’s dominion: “He shall have dominion also from sea to sea, and from the river unto the ends of the earth.”
The poem reflects on such a theme.
