An old Russian saying has it that once you have a reason, finding a pretext is a matter of time, including a pretext for war. The animosity between Russia and the United States has been building for a number of years, in fact, one could argue it never disappeared, only diminished, with the end of the Cold War. How far can the current war over Ukraine take it? To discuss this, Oksana is joined by Foad Izadi, Professor of Political Communications at the University of Tehran.
