Meditation is not a relaxation technique but a very simple way of looking at your state of mind

This ambient music makes it possible to recall the concrete agreement between the laws of the harmony of the universe, that of the music and those which govern the health of the man.

Meditating is a given to many of us, to be sure.
But there is meditation and meditation, and we are not always equal in the practice. Some will meditate for the sake of the moment of calm it provides, and others for the results that can be achieved, such as inner peace, letting go of stress, or visualizing improvements in their life.

However, I have well understood and often felt the effects of a successful meditation, and I know how much it is the royal road towards this inner peace that we all seek, towards more freedom, love, less ego that turns in a loop. Easy to understand, sometimes more complicated to implement, especially as our conditions, both inside and out often change, what worked today may not work as well tomorrow.
