Jordan Vogt Roberts told Gundam fans that everything is going to be alright but just saying that is now going to make people feel any better

Most anime fans are not very hopeful for live action adaptations

Why will it be successfull?

Guillermo Del Toro's Pacific Rim made this movie possible

Pacific Rim showed that it was very possible to make giant robot live action movies and not have to go the cheap Power Ranger way

Also all of the transformers movies and the advance graphics will make this movie very possible

Now a days we have Unreal Engine 5 along with all the movie tech from transformers live action and Pacific Rim movies.

the only thing that could ruin this movie is well.....policial correctness and bad writing.

If they choose to go the Disney Star Wars way of writing a story then it does not matter how graphically amazing this movie is, it will fail.

Many people are catching up to the polical correctness and will see through the BS.
