Nathan explores Kenneth Stirling Conservation Park and chats about new years resolutions and self-accountability. Do you need some help keeping to the new-years resolutions? I think the trick is realistic expectations.

• About a 35-minute drive southeast of Adelaide CBD. Nestled in between the towns of Oatbank and Uradila.
• Trail Head is found on ostrich rd where you'll have to park on the side of the rd.
• The track is going to be steep right at the start then flatten off as you follow the ridge at the top of the hill.
• Beware of snakes as we encountered a large Red Belly Black snake near the damn at the turn around point.

5.34km (round trip)
Elevation: 435m - 570m
Incline: MAX: 34.4% AVG: 8.5%
Uradila, South Australia.
