What happens with mandates on July 1st? Why are restrictions different for Ferry and Air passengers?

Conservative MP Stephen Ellis - Will the Minister responsible please stand and explain the mandate rule for unvaccinated travelers on ferry's?
Unvaccinated travelers can access travel on ferry's in Canada but cannot access plans and trains. It's a double standard, no science.

Liberal MP Adam Van Koeverden - Says he does not know if unvaccinated cannot travel by ferry. (They can). Says changes in restrictions happen all the time and that's why he didn't know. (Ferry restrictions have not changed once).

Conservative MP Melissa Lantsman - The fiasco at our airports continue. Canada's reputation is on the line. 25% of CABSA's budget was not spent last year. Is the government punishing Canadians that don't agree with them. Experts are telling the government to drop the virtue signaling mandates that are in place until June 30th. What happens on July 1st? The Liberals vaccines mandate keeps 6 million people from flying.

Liberal MP Omar Alghabra - We will do everything we can to make sure travelers have a smooth travel experiences. Conservatives are going through an identity crisis. (He never really answers any questions) Claims it's them (ironically, not him) making inflaming comments.
