Why does a Mississippi Public Records Request take 9 months?!? (28 May 2022)

Mighty Mississippi Public Records Request PRR 9 Months Information MS

I am STILL waiting on information that I requested from the SOS office in August. It was for the cast vote record/residual votes, etc.
Why have they given me the run around for NINE months? I filed again today, and I will let you know how it goes this time.
