Banning Menthol Cigarettes = More Criminals For Police to...Encounter - On The Edge CLIPS

The problem with banning arbitrary things like flavored cigarettes, at a time where marijuana is becoming increasingly legal, is that it just creates more criminals. More criminals equal more police enforcement, and more police enforcement creates more police problems. Is this really the top priority of our problems right now?
