What are shadow people, real answers

In this video I share a personal experience that I had while living in my grandmother’s home, which as I have mentioned in some of my books in the past, was a hot-bed of paranormal activity.
In sharing this experience, it is my wish to use it as a backdrop to explain the true nature of what shadow people are and how it is that they at times seem to invade our lives. While it is the case that the phenomenon of the shadow people is a vast one with varying nuances, it is my hope that this experience and this explanation might help you in understanding what is often going on during these experiences.
