Sewing Butterick 6882 - Chanel type Jacket

Hello!
If you are seeing this video it is a miracle... So many technical difficulties...
Anyhow, this jacket is sewn as a companion to my previous plaid retro styled dress using Butterick 6871 (also stay tuned for a hat video, hopefully).
This jacket used an unorthodox fabric for the body, a polyester ultra suede type from the home dec aisle. I ended up creating custom shoulder pads... but alas the video became corrupted and unusable... also I used shoulder cap padding to round out the sleeve head, and lots of bias tape. And finally topping it out by sewing in a gold chain at the hem.
Anyhow, it does look cute paired up with the intended dress and I will be showing you that in the next hat video too, hopefully.
Sometimes technology seems to be laughing hysterically at me.
