Guided Stress Relief - Emotional Restructuring through Breathwork

Hi folks, in this video, I will guide you through a breathwork technique for stress management and emotional restructuring. When done daily, you will rewire the neural networks of your brain. This will allow for better stress management and self control. When you are in a place of control and contentment then you will make better decisions, be more focused, happier and healthy.

This technique is incredibly simple. The hardest part for most people is turning it into a daily habit and getting past your conditioned self.

The technique...

1. Deep abdominal breathing through the nose. Approximately 4-6 second slow inhale. Filling the abdominal region first and chest second, followed by a slow 4-6 second exhale.

2. Focus on the “heart” region while breathing. Feel the breath flowing in and out of this heart region.

3. After a couple minutes, generate a feeling of appreciation, gratitude or joy by focusing on a person, place, thing, or circumstance that is easy to appreciate and feel happy about.

4. Continue breathing while focusing on this elevated emotion. Put a smile on your face! Do this exercise for a minimum of 2 minutes. The longer the better! Practice regularly, even multiple times a day. Especially, when stressed or in the moment of stress!

Don’t forget to Be Exceptional!

Thanks!
