I wanted to share a few of my experiences and lessons learned from trying to resell firewood. Reselling firewood is has proven to be a good way to increase my firewood business. My supply of seasoned firewood was very limited this year, so I decided to find other reasonably priced wood to resell. My challenges have included finding consistent and quality supply, as well as getting consistent length.

My firewood business is more of a side hustle or a hobby firewood business, but I could easily see it growing into something much larger. It has been some nice supplemental income this winter, and I plan to grow the firewood business even further in future years.
