So this for Valentine's Day this year I'm planning ahead and stocking the freezer with White Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse and Oreo Parfaits. Mousse freezes really well which makes it the perfect set it and forget it dessert for any occasion. In this video you will learn the technique for making mousse which can be applied to any chocolate mousse recipe. One of my favorite parts about chocolate mouse is that you don't have to deal with gelatin which is always nice.
