Azhimala Siva statue is the tallest Siva statue in Asia. Azhimala is a beautiful place in Trivandrum, famous for Azhimala Siva temple and cliff beach. Kerala’s tallest Siva statue is constructed in this Azhimala (~58 feet). The statue is very detailed and very beautiful structure constructed by Devadathan.

തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആഴിമലയിലെ മഹാത്ഭുതം, ഇന്ത്യയിലെ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ ഗംഗാദ രേശ്വര ശിൽപം മേൽശാന്തി യിൽ നിന്നും ഉണ്ടായ ആശയം. ആറു വർഷത്തെ കഠിന പ്രയത്നത്തിൽ ഒടുവിൽ അത് സാധ്യമായി പ്രയത്നവും ഒത്തൊരുമയും കൊണ്ട് ഭക്തർക്കായി ഒരുക്കി എടുത്ത ജഡയിൽ ഗംഗയുമായി പരമശിവൻ( ഗംഗാദരേശ്വരൻ ) ഈ അത്ഭുത ശിൽപം നിർമിച്ചത് ദേവദത്തൻ എന്ന ശില്പിയാണ്.
