Val-de-Travers, Switzerland! This area is a beautiful little spot in the French part of Switzerland. It’s also the birthplace of Absinthe (aka the little green fairy). We took a train to Couvet, and walked to Môiters, where we visited the Maison de Absinthe museum, and had a tasting.
