CDA officials respond to public concern with threat of censorship
The Coeur d'Alene city council and mayor have witnessed several concerned citizens in public comment. In January, it was ARPA. In February and March, it was CDA2030 and the consideration of the approval of an Arts commissioner with a recent and very indecent public portfolio.
The mayor has made comments about these outspoken citizens and very few words on their concerns.
A request to limit public comment was made and all of the city council have spoken before a vote this Tuesday, June 7th.
Will the citizens of North Idaho be punished for sharing their concern with city officials?
This video shows how speaking outside of the agenda is valuable, citizens from outside city limits can help warn us, and public comment longer than 30 minutes can create impact. It's no wonder this has to be restricted. Do city officials want a docile public while they manage the decay?
