What's a good food to eat or what is your meal of choice before you go dancing?

- Skip the refried Beans.

- Bananas / Gatorade / mixed nuts - to replace the fluids, potassium and electrolytes that I'll lose during the night from sweating. I've found that this helps to prevent my legs from cramping later.

- They are not huge volume-wise so I don’t feel bloated or like I need to take a nap, and they gives me plenty of energy for the whole night

- For intensive times like 6 hours of classes or a day of workshops,

Fish (salmon) or Maybe Poke Bowls (fish + Rice)

- Just enough to fill satisfied without feeling full.
