We have another "Life Education" episode today. We're sitting down with a good friend of mine, Loan Officer Casey Gore! He has been in finance for around 5 years now, and has been with Cornerstone Home Lending for the past year and a half.

We discuss the process for first time home buyers, review some of the aspects of credit, break down benefits compared to renting. Part of being a home owner is stuff breaking down, check out what options there are to help lighten that load.

Later in the video, we discuss the investment or "House flip" process. It's a different of loan with potential for great profit.
