Texas To Become First 2A Sanctuary State

The governor of Texas has vowed to make Texas the first second amendment "sanctuary" state in the union. This is something that other states will join in as gun rights are the most divisive wedge issue in American politics. This will also open up the possibility of more widespread nullification of federal law in the future or even secession.
