Let me just say, in a few words, to extend my strongest wishes that your conference continues conductively and fruitfully for enhancing and creating more bridges between the North and the South, East and the West. Crimea has always been in geographical and geopolitical position of great importance. There had been many wars through the last 2,500 thousand years. But also there had been many contributions to humanity.
