Skinny Fat? You NEED to Do This! (SIMPLE SOLUTION!!)
Today, we're going to be covering a topic that I get asked about all the time. Many guys don't know whether they should be bulking, or if they should be cutting and even if it's possible to do both! So I'm going to share with you guys the SIMPLEST skinny fat solution so you can build muscle and lose fat at the same time. We're going to be covering both the training and diet aspects today.
The first thing I suggest you guys do is to tackle the mental aspect of being skinny fat. Thinking right and implementing the proper mental practices are just as important as the physical exercises. The other thing to do before just jumping into your next workout is how you schedule the workouts and of course, track what exercises you are doing as well as the sets and reps you are completing. Not only is this going to help you stay accountable, but it will help you ensure you are using a progressive overload.
Now when it comes to diet, you can probably guess, you NEED to cut out junk food. I'm going to walk you through the equation you can use to calculate a daily calorie intake specific to your body. Then you can incorporate that information with my suggestion of the recommended protein you should consume in a day to better structure your meals.
And finally, when it comes to actually working out, you need to pay attention to the level of intensity you are hitting during the exercises. If you arent seeing results at the gym THIS is most likely why. Stop those quick, half reps and perform your exercises with precision.
