Chocolate American Porter | Brew Day Ep. 3
I had a blast brewing this beer. I am still learning how to use the anvil foundry. However, I think I am getting the hang of it. I will give an update of the beer once it's finished.

Mash at 152
Hops:
60 min 15.42 IBU Cluster
60 min 17.56 IBU Horizon
5 min 3.62 IBU Willamette
Total IBU 36.61
Flavor:
5 min 1 ounce Cocoa Nibs
3 Vanilla beans at end of primary fermentation
Dutch Chocolate Extract to taste at kegging
Yeast: Omega Yeast Labs - West Coast Ale I OYL-004
Ferment at 68f until 2-4 point from reaching FG then raise to 70-72f to finish fermentation.
