HadCRUT5 2020 Data Show Global Average Temperature Trend is now Negative despite CO2 record + Trend

Since the Paris Agreement from 2015 to 2020 Global Average Temperature is on a Negative trend of minus 0.029 degrees Celsius per decade. But over the same period Carbon Dioxide Atmospheric Concentration has increased at the fastest rate recorded since the Industrial revolution, over 3 ppm per year. This invalidates predictions made in the IPCC SR15 Special Report that form the basis of strategies being put forward by the World Economic Forum, the IPCC, COP26 and governments around the world.
