In his first interview since the start of the conflict Vladimir Putin takes aim at the huge amounts of western arms being shipped to Ukraine, but claims Russian defenses are "cracking them like nuts". Five civilians are killed this weekend as the Donetsk People's Republic comes under Ukrainian shelling - that's according to local officials. We report from the scene. Ukraine fires its human rights commissioner, in part, for spreading unverified information about alleged war crimes by Russia. A Canadian journalist covering the Ukraine conflict is added to a notorious Ukrainian vigilante website and labelled an "enemy of Ukraine".
