a combination of 1A audit and picking up stuff from Multnomah County Inverness jail

So my oldest brother is an inmate here at the Multnomah County Inverness Jail and he's asked me to pick up some of his possessions. Well, I figured this is as good a time as any to go ahead and do a First Amendment audit of this location. The description will be updated with more information later but for now let's do it.

I do hold ALL comments for review. Eventually (if it becomes overwhelming) I'll reduce that to just potentially inappropriate comments and then to none (that might be a while :P )
