45 Minute Beginners Yoga: Wring Out The YUK!
Hi Friends, thank your for joining me today. I hope your had a wonderful Christmas! Are you in search of joy? Me too! I have been feeling weighed down, low energy and very sad. In my search for joy, I came up with this sequence I call wring out the yuk! We are creatures of energy and at times we can get stagnate energy stuck in our bodies which create aches, pains and illness.

I have been feeling the heaviness and loss of 2021. However, I have been very blessed as well, yet, I was unable to accept those blessing by holding onto these stagnate and low vibrating energies. I sat down meditated and prayed; the message received looked like water wringing out of a towel . Awe, I need to twist my body and move my lymph around, get rid of stuck dead proteins (organic energy). What a beautiful body we are given to express our love and gratitude to God. Not only expression but HEALG!! The more we move the more we allow the body to heal itself as it was designed to do without fail. Join me as we wring out the yuk and build a little strength.
