Philip Rivers Is NOT a Hall-of-Famer

After 17 years in the NFL...Philip Rivers has decide to retire and ride off into the sunset. It's been one hell of a run for Rivers...who accomplished a lot throughout his career. However...his career also had it's share of disappointments...as he could never seem to win the big games.

We explain why Philip Rivers is not a Hall-of-Fame quarterback. Yes...his statistics are right up there with the all-time great quarterbacks. However...stats can be misleading...and Philip Rivers is missing a couple of accomplishments that other all-time great in the Hall-of-Fame have.
