How to make Mahi Fish Tacos on the Blackstone Griddle | Blackstone Griddle Recipes | Griddle Cooking

On this episode of the Griddle Food Network we are griddle cooking with seafood making Mahi tacos on the 36'' Blackstone Griddle Culinary Series. This style fish taco is one of many great blackstone griddle recipes.

Ingredients:

1 package of Corn Tortillas
1 select Mahi Mahi fillet
1 package of cole slaw
1 package of Mexican Shredded Cheese
1 bottle of Hidden Valley Chili Lime Sauce

As you can see, I did not get fancy with the tacos but they did have a great taste.
