Our dessert from Liguria is Budino al Latte, Milk Pudding. You can cook it to a more solid consistency or leave it as a creamy dessert, ready for cookies of wafers. Your choice.
For 4 servings we will need:
3 cups of Milk,
½ cup of Sugar,
4 Eggs,
Vanilla Extract.
As we said, to honor Columbus and his adventure across the Atlantic, our wine today is American. Shining on our table: River Road Chardonnay Unoaked Reserve, 2020, Unoaked because Oaky and Pesto “Herby” don’t clink that good together. Full bodied, lime perfumed Chardonnay from California.
