Our Main Course today is an “evergreen”. LITERALLY! Fettuccine al Pesto.
For 4 servings we will need:
1 lb of Fettuccine – cooked,
50 large Basil Leaves,
1 cup of Pecorino and Parmesan Cheese,
2 Garlic Cloves, minced,
½ cup of Olive Oil,
1 Potato, boiled and chopped,
1 cup of Green Beans, boiled and chopped,
Salt.
