This incident happened on January 4, 2022 at Julio Cesar Turbay Ayala, a school in Soacha, Colombia. The mother is the one filming the video, her name is Lidys Meza. The poor girl was suffering with extreme pain in her lower limbs, fainting, involuntary movements, and tremors. School classmates had to hold her down to prevent the teen from injuring herself.
