Charter Cases in Canada’s Courts with John Carpay

Founder and President of the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms (JCCF), John Carpay, joins us this week to give an update on charter cases they are currently fighting in the courts.

The JCCF specializes in representing Canadians in Charter court challenges. They have several high profile cases they are currently serving, including the Hon. Brian Peckford's current lawsuit against the Government of Canada.
