Connecting With Your Higher Self Group - Being Content With Change

12/8/20 - Change is inevitable, as we have seen throughout this year of 2020. I have gone through my far share of shadow work and come to terms with some of my own false ideals and views of things with the recent developments this past year. Change helps us to see and understand what is working for us, what is no longer working for us, or what is no longer in our best interest in order to grow and become a better version of ourselves. These uncomfortable situations that come into our lives help us to re-evaluate our own values, responses, and ideals to help us live a more truer life that is in more alignment with our higher self - our best version of our self expression.
